Individual Volunteer Opportunities
We have regular, weekly, volunteer opportunities that offer many different experiences.
Side-walkers are a vital link of communication between instructors and students. Sidewalkers work with riders to provide emotional, educational, and physical support.
Horse handlers are responsible for the safe leading of the therapy horse during a lesson. Additionally, horse handlers help with grooming, tacking, and leading our equines.
Grounds & Stable Keepers
These volunteers help maintain the beauty and safety of our buildings and property. They assist with cleaning our stalls, pastures, unloading hay, and maintaining our gardens.

Frequently Asked Questions
For the first time in 3 years of having adopted Lilly, this experience has brought Lilly true joy! I have never seen her have such true peace and joy over any one thing. She seems to be so free and peaceful while riding. The gentleness and love that she demonstrates for him is unlike anything I have seen her exhibit. She is practicing her listening skills and we can use that at home and draw comparisons to how she is with the horse and how we treat others in different situations.
