Unbridled Leadership
Our leadership and team-building workshops utilize the power of the horse to generate opportunities for significant, tangible change in individual and team performance.
We conduct a goal-setting meeting prior to the visit to establish the primary goals with the group leaders.
Our professional staff is certified to facilitate both the activities sessions with our horses in a safe environment, as well as facilitate evaluation and reflection sessions.
Horses are uniquely attuned to their environment, and to everyone in it. They are continually assessing leadership and communication skills in the people they encounter, and then respond honestly and without hesitation to that information. For this reason, they are invaluable resources in regards to professional development.
- Improve Communication
- Increase trust
- Conflict transformation
- Adapting to change
- Increase Emotional Intelligence
- Understand strengths & personality styles
- Understand roles & team dynamics
- High performance & productivity
