Registration

  • Open to ALL current Agape Riders of all abilities. Each rider will have support similar to what they would in their classes as we want this to be an experience for everyone to enjoy participating in and for families to cheer on their rider. 
  • Entry fee $30 for two showtimes, one AM and one PM, can choose to do one, cost same
  • Registration deadline is Thursday, September 12, or the first 30 riders to register (whichever comes first). 
  • Includes T-shirt, Lunch, and other fun activities for the whole family 

Event Details

Guest Policies
  • Bring your own camp chairs and/or picnic blankets to ensure you have a comfy place to sit.  No umbrellas near horses/arena. There will be some picnic tables and chairs, first come first serve. 
  • No congregating in observation room to allow room for riders to come through for their ride time.
  • No congregating around the show ring fence unless your rider is in the ring to allow room for others to watch/take photos. You can find a place for your friends and family to congregate for the day in the picnic area or memorial garden area in the shade.

Participant Policies:
  • All participants MUST check in at least 15 minutes prior to each class time in the observation room. 
  • All participants MUST wear an ASTM-SEI helmet, shoes with a heel and long pants. We will have plenty of helmets available 
  • Recommended Attire (Not required) :
    • Shirt – Button up shirt or favorite Agape Shirt
    • Pants – Black or khaki pants (jeans are fine too)
Parking:
  • Carpooling is strongly encouraged with you and your guests – parking is limited. 
  • ADA Accessible paved parking will be near the barn entrance and reserved for riders who need ADA parking near the barn. 
  • Other riders and guests will be directed by parking attendants to park in  grass, or gravel areas. 
  • If you need to drop people off closer to the barn before parking, notify the parking attendant. We ask for your patience during the parking process. 
Food:
  • Complimentary lunch will be available starting at 11:30 AM  *Free will donations will be accepted but not required*
  • Cold pop and water will be provided in coolers throughout the property. 
  • You are welcome to bring your own picnic lunch if you prefer 
 
Restrooms:
  • Multiple accessible porta-potties and handwashing stations. 

For Participants:

  • Each rider will be listed for the AM showtime and PM showtime, unless specified on registration form for only one showtime.
  • Please allow 3 – 4 hours at show if you choose both AM and PM showtimes.
  • We do our best to schedule riders to be on the horse they currently ride, but we may not always be able to accommodate due to each horse’s scheduled classes. Your rider may be on a different horse than they typically ride in class.
