Event Details

Food
  • Boxed lunches will be available. Lunch will be provided free for all participants, and a free will donation is accepted but not required for guests.
  • Cold water and sodas will be provided.
  • You are welcome to bring your own picnic lunch if you prefer.
Parking:
  • Carpooling is strongly encouraged as parking is very limited
  • ADA-accessible paved parking is available near the barn entrance; other guests/riders will be directed to park in gravel or grass areas
  • Please notify the parking attendant if you need to drop people off closer to the barn before parking
Restrooms:
  • ADA-compliant portable restrooms and handwashing stations will be available
Guest Policies:
  • Camp chairs and/or picnic blankets are welcome, NO umbrellas near horses or in the arena
  • Please do not congregate around the show ring unless your rider is in the ring, space is limited and we want to work together to ensure everyone can see their rider while they are showing
  • The observation room will be closed to non-rider guests; riders will be permitted to come through for their ride times
  • No pets, smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping devices) or alcohol is permitted on Agape property

For Participants:

  • Showbill with ride times will be emailed on Monday, August 22nd to the email address noted on your registration form.
  • Each rider will be listed for the AM showtime and PM showtime, unless specified on registration form for only one showtime.
  • Please allow 3 – 4 hours at show if you choose both AM and PM showtimes.
  • We do our best to schedule riders to be on the horse they currently ride, but we may not always be able to accommodate due to each horse’s scheduled classes. Your rider may be on a different horse than was approved by their instructor.
  • All participants MUST check in at least 15 minutes prior to each class time in the observation room.
  • All participants MUST wear an ASTM-SEI helmet, shoes with a heel, and long pants. We will have plenty of helmets available.
  • Recommended Attire (not required):
    Shirt – Button up shirt or your favorite Agape Shirt
    Pants – Black or khaki pants. Jeans are fine too.
