Agape Moving Forward on Planned Expansion at Former Stonycreek Farm
Meyer Building Selected as Construction Partner
(CICERO, JANUARY 22, 2026) – Agape Therapeutic Riding Resources has selected Meyer Building as its construction partner for the development of its Stony Creek campus, an expansion that will serve as Agape’s future headquarters and primary program site.
The Stony Creek project includes construction of two indoor, all-weather arenas, one outdoor/open-air arena, 24 horse stalls, a small animal barn for mini horses, a hay barn, maintenance barn, and a space for private boarding. In addition, Agape will renovate an historic 1800s-era barn to serve as an event and community gathering space.
Located in Noblesville, the 46.67-acre Stony Creek property, once the home of a popular harvest festival and cut-your-own Christmas tree lot, was generously donated by a longtime supporter who recognized Agape’s growing need for space. Agape currently operates out of its Cicero location, where demand exceeds capacity, with a waitlist of more than 200 individuals.
“This campus will allow us to expand our impact, serve significantly more individuals, and provide a permanent home where our horses and programs can thrive year-round,” said Denisse Jensen, Executive Director of Agape. “It’s an investment in our mission, our community, and the future of Agape.”
The total estimated investment for the Stony Creek project is $14 million. Agape plans to break ground on the hay barn this spring as a part of the relaunch of its Beyond the Barn campaign, with additional construction phases following as funding milestones are reached.
Meyer Building was selected for this project based on its mission-aligned approach, experience with complex projects, and ability to deliver the campus through a
